We manufacture and sell kitchenware and hydration products for all types of retailers - from national chains all over the world to independent shops in small towns throughout the US. As our business continues to grow, we are in search of passionate and talented candidates to join our Account Management team.
Who you are

You have previous experience as an Account Manager or Senior Sales role in the housewares industry. You are a collaborative, detail-oriented person who is highly organized, efficient, and creative. You can prioritize workload effectively and demonstrate the ability to meet challenging deadlines. You enjoy traveling (internationally and domestically)!
Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Maximize sales profitability, growth and account penetration with current accounts
- Analyze the market to identify trends and take advantage of opportunities
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare reports on account status
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Your Skills
- 3+ years of experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
- Experience and understand of the housewares industry are a plus
- Walmart Experience preferred, not required
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
- Must be able to work in an entrepreneurial environment and be a self-starter
- Solid experience with MS Office (particularly MS Excel and Powerpoint)
