Read Kristen's first-hand account below:
We started off this visit with team introductions. We used a translator app to talk with ease and I was able to learn about each team member and truly see their passion for photography.
I inspected their studio, current equipment and photo supplies to ensure they have everything they need. I initially observed the team to learn about their current process and how they operate on a daily basis, this way I can see what is working and what needs to change. I sat with each team member individually to observe how they shoot and gave critique and notes for them to study.
Each day, they implemented what I taught them and asked questions when needed! Jane, Nettie and Yumi each have their own strengths, but together, become a super unit of a team! They are only getting stronger and now completing an average of 30 po’s per week! Go China team!
The China Photo Team will now handle all white background shots for stock and accounts, except for Walmart. Please find attached the updated Photo Request process. The key update is that you no longer need to drop off PP or TOP samples for white background ONLY shots. However, for lifestyle images, packaging content whites, social media, or video content, you'll still need to drop off samples at the NY photo studio. Contact Kristen with any questions.
