We manufacture and sell kitchenware, soft home and hydration products for all types of retailers - from national chains all over the world to independent shops in small towns throughout the US. As our business continues to grow, we are in search of passionate and talented candidates to join our Production team as Project Managers.
As project manager, you will play a crucial part in streamlining communication and processes between our internal teams and manufacturing partners. The ideal candidate is adept at managing multiple projects at once, ensuring accurate product information, quality control, negotiating timelines, and optimizing overall efficiency. By taking charge of production-related communications, you will empower our design team to focus on their core strengths, fostering a more seamless and productive workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communication Facilitation: Act as a bridge between internal teams and manufacturing partners to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
- Dieline Management: Oversee the editing of packaging dielines, ensuring they meet design and production requirements.
- Quality Control: Confirm QC checks are performed and passed in order to move to the next stage of production. Communicate with factories as necessary.
- Timeline Negotiation: Manage production timelines, ensuring alignment with project goals and deadlines. Work with internal teams and vendors to ensure established timelines are feasible and met on a consistent basis.
- Workflow Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline production processes and enhance overall workflow efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, ideally in a wholesale capacity.
- Well-versed on Monday.com is required
- Intermediate Excel Skills required
